Job Description

As the Head of Project, you will be responsible for leading, supervising, and ensuring the successful execution of all strategic projects at FTL Gym, including new outlet openings, renovations, and facility developments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the planning, implementation, and evaluation of all assigned projects.

- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Finance, Marketing, Procurement, HR) to ensure project alignment.

- Supervise vendors, contractors, and third-party partners to meet FTL Gym's quality standards.

- Conduct risk assessments, provide solutions, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.

- Prepare and present regular project progress reports to management.

- Establish and improve project management standards and SOPs for business sustainability.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or related field.

- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in Project Management, preferably in retail, hospitality, or fitness industries.

- Strong knowledge of project management principles (time, scope, cost, quality).

- Skilled in budgeting, technical drawing review, and project management software.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

- Detail-oriented, result-driven, and able to work under pressure.

- Strong vendor/contractor network is a plus.

- Willing to travel for project-related assignments.
