Job Purpose :
To oversee the end-to-end consumer product portfolio and lifecycle to accelerate profitable growth, strengthen market leadership, and elevate customer value while safeguarding brand equity, regulatory compliance, disciplined P&L governance, and seamless cross-functional execution.
Main Roles :
- Manage the consumer product strategy, portfolio architecture, and lifecycle (ideation to retirement) to ensure value accretive growth, margin expansion, and differentiated propositions.
- Review product performance, unit economics, and funnel health using data-driven mechanisms (test-and-learn, experiments, A/B, cohort analysis) to identify growth levers and corrective actions.
- Oversee the integration of brand segment strategies (customer proposition, pricing, CX, branding, digital initiatives, GTM) to create a cohesive commercial direction that maximizes enterprise value.
- Design enterprise-level product frameworks, pricing architectures, and lifecycle governance mechanisms to enhance speed-to-market, product quality, and segment execution.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, or related field (required); Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in consumer product management, segment strategy, or commercial leadership in telecommunications.
- Certified Product Manager(AIPMM), PSPO/SAFe POPM, or equivalent analytics certification are preferred.
