Position: Head of Warehousing & Inventory (Inbound & Stock Control)

The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Head of Warehousing and Inventory to lead our Back operations. Your mission is to protect our assets and ensure that every single item entering our facility is accounted for, stored efficiently, and ready for movement. You are the guardian of stock accuracy and the primary liaison for our vendor network.
Key Responsibilities
- Inbound Management: Lead the receiving process, ensuring all goods from vendors are inspected, documented, and put away correctly.
- Inventory Integrity: Maintain 99.9% stock accuracy through rigorous cycle counting and periodic stock opname (SO).
- Shrinkage Control: Implement strict security and operational protocols to minimize stock loss, damage, or theft.
- Space Optimization: Manage warehouse layout and storage capacity to ensure maximum efficiency for high-turnover retail goods.
- Vendor Coordination: Manage vendor delivery schedules and resolve discrepancies in shipments promptly.
Required Qualifications
- Retail Pedigree: Strong background in managing large-scale retail warehouse operations.
- Industry Background:Ex-Indomaret or Alfamart is a plus. Candidates from Circle K (CK), FamilyMart (Fami), or high-speed FMCG environments are encouraged to apply.
- Leadership: Minimum 810 years of experience in warehousing and inventory management.
- System Expert: Expert knowledge of WMS, inventory tracking software, and MS Excel for data reconciliation.
- Audit Ready: Proven experience in managing internal and external stock audits.
