About this roles:

This role is ideal for someone who has strong operational ownership, hands-on warehouse experience, and the ability to build systems, teams, and processes from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end warehouse and fulfillment operations, including inbound, storage, inventory management, picking, packing, outbound, and returns.
• Build and improve warehouse SOPs, workflows, operational standards, and control systems.
• Manage warehouse layout, capacity planning, manpower planning, and daily operational execution.
• Ensure inventory accuracy, fulfillment speed, and service quality across all brands and sales channels.
• Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Monitor operational performance through reports, dashboards, KPIs, and data-driven analysis.
• Improve warehouse productivity, cost efficiency, manpower utilization, and operational discipline.
• Lead, coach, and develop warehouse teams to achieve high operational standards.
• Work closely with Commercial, Finance, Marketplace, Live Commerce, and Supply Chain teams to ensure smooth business operations.
• Support future warehouse expansion, process transformation, and multi-location fulfillment operations.

KPIs:

• Strong warehouse processes and SOPs are established and consistently implemented.
• Inventory accuracy, fulfillment speed, and operational productivity improve significantly.
• WMS is successfully implemented and optimized for daily operations.
• Clear operational controls, reporting systems, and performance management are in place.
• Warehouse operations are scalable, cost-efficient, and able to support rapid business growth.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Warehouse, Logistics, Fulfillment, Supply Chain, or Operations Management.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role managing warehouse or fulfillment operations.
• Proven experience handling high-volume warehouse or fulfillment operations.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, warehouse processes, fulfillment flow, and operational control.
• Experience implementing or managing Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, and leadership skills.
• Able to build teams, improve processes, and drive operational transformation.
• Experience in e-commerce, FMCG, retail distribution, logistics, fulfillment, or 3PL industries is highly preferred.
