What You Will Experience:
- Responsible for developing, implementing, and managing tree improvement programs to enhance the genetic quality, growth rate, disease resistance, and wood quality of forest tree species. This role involves scientific research, field experimentation, and operational activities to ensure sustainable and high-yielding forest plantations
What is Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Forestry, Forest Genetics, Plant Breeding, or a related field.
- Min 10 years working experiences in related field
- Strong understanding of quantitative genetics, tree breeding principles, and biometrics.
- Experience in field data collection, nursery management, or tree improvement activities.
- Proficiency in statistical software for data analysis.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in English.
- Ability to work in remote field locations
- Willing to be placed in Riau area - Indonesia
