Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for the Head of Supply Chain Management, based in Surakarta. The role involves overseeing and optimizing the entire supply chain process, managing procurement activities, ensuring efficient operations, leading teams effectively, and maintaining excellent customer service. The Head of Supply Chain Management will be responsible for implementing strategies to enhance operational efficiency and working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth and cost-effective operations.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Supply Chain Management and Operations Management
- Strong experience in Procurement and related processes
- Effective Team Leadership skills with the ability to mentor and motivate teams
- Exceptional Customer Service abilities
- Highly analytical with problem-solving skills and decision-making abilities
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in using supply chain management software and tools
- Experience in a similar leadership role; prior experience in food and beverage or hospitality industry is a plus
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
