Responsibilities
As the brand storyteller, this role drives positioning and marketing strategies to make the company and its creators stand out.
- Create strategic pitch decks for internal and external stakeholders, showcasing marketing potential, pricing models, and package offerings for MCN and TSP business
- Craft monetization strategies to drive revenue growth for creators through innovative marketing initiatives.
- Develop and execute go-to-market plans for campaigns, products, and partnerships.
- Collaborate with sales, creator management, and brand teams to align strategies with business goals.
- Analyze market dynamics, competition, and audience trends to identify growth opportunities and refine positioning.
Requirements
- 5+ years in marketing/brand strategy, ideally within the creator economy, influencer marketing, or MCN environment.
- Strong expertise in digital campaigns, storytelling, and go-to-market execution.
- Data-driven yet highly creative thinker, able to balance insight with innovation.
- Proven leadership experience in managing and mentoring marketing teams.
- Prior MCN/affiliate background is a plus.
