Head of Stakeholder Engagement

. Develop and implement a comprehensive stakeholder engagement strategy aligned with company goals and values.
. Identify, map, and prioritize key stakeholders across various categories including investors, employees, customers, suppliers, regulators, communities, NGOs, and industry associations.
. Establish and maintain strong, credible relationships with critical stakeholders through proactive communication, outreach, and collaborative initiatives.
. Act as a primary point of contact and spokesperson for the company on stakeholder-related matters.
. Monitor stakeholder perceptions, concerns, and expectations, providing regular insights and recommendations to senior management.
. Develop and execute stakeholder communication plans, including messaging, channels, and frequency.
. Lead the preparation and delivery of presentations, reports, and other materials for stakeholder engagement activities.
. Collaborate cross-functionally with legal, sustainability, corporate communications, and business units to ensure consistent messaging and coordinated engagement efforts.
. Manage and resolve stakeholder issues and conflicts effectively and in a timely manner.
. Evaluate the effectiveness of stakeholder engagement initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.
. Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in stakeholder engagement and corporate social responsibility.
