Role Description
This is a full-time Head of Sales role based on-site in Tanjung Priok and Cempaka Putih. The key responsibilities include leading and managing the sales team, developing and executing strategic sales plans, nurturing client relationships, identifying new market opportunities, and ensuring achievement of sales targets. The role also involves overseeing account management processes, analyzing sales performance, and offering actionable insights to improve overall team effectiveness.
