Role Description

This is a full-time Head of Sales role based on-site in Tanjung Priok and Cempaka Putih. The key responsibilities include leading and managing the sales team, developing and executing strategic sales plans, nurturing client relationships, identifying new market opportunities, and ensuring achievement of sales targets. The role also involves overseeing account management processes, analyzing sales performance, and offering actionable insights to improve overall team effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Sales, Sales Management, and Account Management
  • Strong Team Management skills with the ability to inspire, guide, and develop sales teams
  • Analytical Skills to assess market trends, performance metrics, and identify growth opportunities
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience in the manufacturing or FMCG sector is highly advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
