Establish & develop Sales Governance, Policy & Working Instruction for entire sales processes
Ensure Corporate Business Agreement is always in-compliance with govt. regulations & licenses, in order to ensure the company is legally protected as well as the compliance of end to end processes and sales delivery to corporate standards
Design and monitor OKRs for Sales Team and each Sales Roles to be aligned with Corporate Target
Provide insight and analysis of the sales performance based on sales data analytics
Provide input on Sales Incentive scheme & check the calculation & implementation accuracy.
Consolidate and track the pipeline & budget spending of Sales Team
Manage management's expectation by achieving and meeting KPI target
Coordinating with subordinates regularly and monitoring target achievement
Strong relation with all client's and principal's stakeholders
Requirements:
Minimum 8 Years experience in System Integrator or IT related industries
