Head of Sales - Indonesia Market

Job Description

Location: Indonesia

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the effectiveness of the sales system (PAS Professional Active Selling System)
  • Organize and implement and evaluate the effectiveness of business plans
  • Be responsible for the company's business results and building a professional active sales system (PAS: Revenue, ASO/MCP, CAT/MCP, VPO, CAT/Order, SKUs/ Order..)
  • Develop a distribution strategy consistent with the product strategy to increase market share, customers, and coverage
  • Organize the collection, analysis, and evaluation of market and competitor information and make proposals, recommendations, and business development policies
  • Coordinate with MKT and R&D in designing and developing products, promoting to consumers as well as maintaining the company's brand
  • Advise BOD on business development directions
  • Budget planning for short-term and long-term plans related to company profits and costs
  • Collaborate with HR to develop human resource plans, recruitment, training and employee development for the business sector
  • Participate in other relevant projects assigned by Line Manager.

Requirement

  • University degree in Economics, Marketing or equivalent
  • At least 12 years of experience in Sales or trade marketing in FMCG industry, preferably in the field of Dairy Product.
