Job Description

The Group has expanded its publishing brands to a wider scope, encompassing Hypebeast and its multiple content distribution platforms, creative agency Hypemaker, and e-commerce and retail platform HBX.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and deliver sales target for Hypebeast Indonesia.
  • Manage a high-performing sales team; set individual targets and KPIs.
  • Identify and close new business opportunities across agencies, brands, and direct clients.
  • Lead generation: cold calling and door opening. Exploring new business opportunities.
  • Selling online, creative agency, across all of Hypebeast's media properties to achieve annual targets.
  • Build a strong pipeline of demand opportunities and offer 360 bespoke creative solutions to clients.
  • Work closely with other departments and business units within HYPEBEAST, including client services, marketing, editorial, product development, finance.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of professional experience in the advertising and/or digital marketing industry.
  • Able to manage multiple projects.
  • Degree holder in Marketing, Communication, Business.
  • Excellent knowledge of the digital advertising with a strong contact base among agencies and clients.
  • A strong team player with a positive attitude and mindset.
  • Strong communication, analytical, time management and organizational skills.
  • Familiar with youth culture.
