Job Description

Responsibilities :

  • Design and implement strategic plans to reach sales targets
  • Cultivate lasting relationships with customers to grow customer loyalty
  • Actively participating in sales calls and driving additional revenue through new revenue streams into hotel
  • Generate new business opportunities through various channels
  • Assess costs, competition, and supply and demand to identify selling prices.
  • Manages the development of a strategic account plan for the demand generators in the market.
  • Provides customer intelligence in evaluating the market and economic trends that may lead to changes in sales strategy to meet or exceed customer expectations
  • Researches competitor's sales team strategies to identify ways to grow occupancy and RevPAR and increase market share.
  • Attends sales strategy meetings to provide input on weekly and overall sales strategy.
  • Suggests innovative marketing ideas and develops deployment strategies to continue to grow market share.
  • Develops strong partnerships with local organizations to further increase brand/product awareness

Requires Skills :

  • 5-10 years of relevant experience in B2B sales and business development
  • Prior experience in leading a team and managing direct indirect Reportees.
  • Strong business acumen is a must
  • Prior experience in managing cross-functional teams
  • Experience in early-stage startup environment and inherent hustle factor would be an advantage
  • Focused and possess sales mindset
  • Fluent communication and ability to manage situations on the ground situations and partner relationships
  • Intelligent, enthusiastic and self-motivation driven
  • Demonstrates high ethical value
