Frazer Jones is proud to be partnering exclusively with a leading global HR & rewards consulting firm with a strong presence across APAC to appoint a Head of Rewards Consulting for Indonesia, based in Jakarta. Reporting directly into the regional leadership team, this high-impact role will oversee the firm's Rewards Advisory practice within a key regional office.

Operating within a global and regional leadership structure, this individual will be responsible for driving business development, client engagement, and delivering client solutions across Indonesia. The role requires close collaboration with senior stakeholders internally and externally to shape and execute the firm's exec comp & board advisory strategy, while leading a high-performing team of consultants and analysts across the region.

The role will involve leading business origination and pipeline development across Indonesia and the region, working with senior stakeholders to identify opportunities and craft compelling proposals for complex client needs. It will require serving as a subject matter expert in Rewards Advisory, developing trusted relationships with C-suite clients and driving cross-sell opportunities across broader solutions.

The individual will oversee the design and delivery of Rewards solutions. They will collaborate with marketing and commercial teams to enhance lead generation and thought leadership, representing the firm at industry events and contributing to publications on pay, benchmarking, and market trends. The role also includes managing and mentoring a team of Reward Consulting professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, autonomy, and continuous development, while ensuring high-quality project execution and client outcomes through effective resource deployment and strong governance and commercial discipline.

The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in Rewards Consulting in the region, preferably Indonesia, with at least half gained in a professional services or consulting environment. They will have a deep understanding of Southeast Asian markets and client dynamics, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to lead from the front by conceptualizing, selling, and delivering complex solutions. Proven leadership experience and the ability to coach and develop high-performing teams are essential. Some travel will also be required.
