Job Description

Position description:

Develop and implement compensation and benefits strategies and policies that align with the company's goals. Oversee HR systems to ensure smooth operations, maintain employee personal data availability, and comply with data regulations.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Design fair and competitive compensation and benefits package that fits and aligned with company's strategy
  • Review employee compensation data to ensure company's remuneration policies are competitive
  • Create analysis related to manpower cost and budget
  • Responsible for delivering year-end performance, bonus, and salary review processes
  • Create and review compensation and benefits programs, policies, and procedures
  • Overseeing all HC system in partnership with the Information Technology (IT) department or software vendors
  • Ensuring all HC data systems are comply with regulation
  • Conduct research on salaries markets on relevant industry
  • Prepare and present audits, reports, and data to management

Requirements:

  • Min. Bachelor's Degree in any major
  • Min. 10 years in relevant positions, and proven track record in compensation practices, techniques, reward structures, and data management. And at least 3-5 years in leadership level
  • Have an experience in oil & gas company or EPC company or project-based company is preferred
  • Have experiences or exposure in salary benchmark, framework incentive & job evaluation
  • Conceptual thinking
  • Communication skills both verbal and written
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills
  • Excellent analytical, modeling, and data analysis skills
  • Able to work under pressure
