Developing and implementing publicity strategies for the company's products : Original Series, Sports, AVOD, SVOD Content, TVOD, Vidio Arcade, Special events (e.g: E-Concert)
Managing the organization's public relations (PR) team and overseeing all their activities.
Creating and managing a PR plan, including budgets, timeline, etc.
Draft and proposes communications campaigns objective - plan messaging strategies & develop fresh story ideas (PR Ideation, creative writing, official release, pitch story).
Analyzing all media coverage of the organization and drafting appropriate responses.
Working with cross-functional teams to create a promotional Calendar (Content Marketing, Brand Marketing, VOS team, AVOD Team, Licensing Team, Vidio Arcade Team).
Organizing promotional events such as : Gala Premiere, Press tours, Media Junket, Media Visit.
Closely working with External shareholders : Production houses, Casts & Directors.
Maintain relationship with media & partners (Editor in Chiefs, Editors, Reporters).
Maintain relationship and seek any opportunities to work with KOLs.
Monitoring, analyzing dan preparing report all media coverage based on KPI's measurements.
Coaching Team on creative writing, communications and networking.
Requirements
Minimum 10+ years of experience in Public Relations, with strong exposure in the film/movie or entertainment industry.
Proven track record in leading PR strategy for content launches (films, series, or entertainment IP).
Strong network with media and key industry stakeholders.
Experience managing high-profile campaigns, talent relations (casts, directors), and production houses.
Demonstrated leadership experience in managing and developing PR teams.
Strong understanding of OTT, digital media landscape, and content marketing dynamics.
Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, content, and business teams in a fast-paced environment.
