HEAD OF PROJECT MANAGEMENT & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

• Lead and manage strategic projects across all business units within the Tempo Scan Group, covering the entire project lifecycle (Project Initiation, Planning, Implementation, and Post-Implementation).
• Conduct analysis to identify new business opportunities, including both corporate and product-related opportunities.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities based on accurate and comprehensive research and analysis.
• Manage internal and external project communications, ensuring effective coordination among business units, management, and external stakeholders.
• Assist business units in preparing and submitting project proposals, memo, and project charters to management.
• Monitor project progress and ensure that projects are completed according to the established timeline and meet the targeted quality standards.

Qualifications :

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Engineering, or any other major with relevant working experience.
• At least 10 years of experience in project management, business development, corporate strategic investment, or roles involving direct interaction with Management/Senior Executives and external stakeholders, including supporting Management/Senior Executives in preparing communication materials, including analyzing relevant data.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
• Highly self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of effectively leading and managing teams.
