Lead and manage strategic projects across all business units within the Tempo Scan Group, covering the entire project lifecycle (Project Initiation, Planning, Implementation, and Post-Implementation).
Conduct analysis to identify new business opportunities, including both corporate and product-related opportunities.
Identify and develop new business opportunities based on accurate and comprehensive research and analysis.
Manage internal and external project communications, ensuring effective coordination among business units, management, and external stakeholders.
Assist business units in preparing and submitting project proposals, memo, and project charters to management.
Monitor project progress and ensure that projects are completed according to the established timeline and meet the targeted quality standards.
Qualifications :
Minimum Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Engineering, or any other major with relevant working experience.
At least 10 years of experience in project management, business development, corporate strategic investment, or roles involving direct interaction with Management/Senior Executives and external stakeholders, including supporting Management/Senior Executives in preparing communication materials, including analyzing relevant data.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
Highly self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of effectively leading and managing teams.
