Head of Production - PT. Alia Digital Printex (Modinity Group)
Placement: Pulogadung, East Jakarta
Responsibilities :
- Develop, implement, and monitor production schedules to meet business targets and customer demands.
- Allocate resources, manage inventory, and ensure optimal use of manpower, materials, and machinery.
- Ensure production meets established quality standards, customer specifications, and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee quality control processes, analyze data for improvement, and address any quality issues promptly.
- Supervise, mentor, and develop production supervisors and team leaders.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Implement Lean manufacturing principles or other methodologies to reduce waste and enhance productivity.
- Monitor and control budgets, and analyze variances to ensure cost efficiency.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data to support strategic decision-making.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Production Management, or a related field.
- Min 10 years in garment production management, with solid experience in leading and managing production teams within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong Knowledge and Experience in export operations.
- In-depth knowledge of garment manufacturing, machinery, and industry-specific quality standards.
- Proficiency in production planning software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process optimization methodologies
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
- Excellent organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and implement insights.
- Willingness to learn and open for opportunity to grow.
