Head of Production

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for the Head of Production, based in Bandung. The Head of Production will oversee the planning, coordination, and management of all production activities. This includes ensuring operations run smoothly, managing budgets, leading and coordinating production teams, and implementing strategies to improve efficiency and quality. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to align production efforts with company goals while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Production Planning, Production Management, and Operations Management
• Strong skills in Team Management and the ability to lead and inspire a diverse team
• Experience with Budgeting and financial oversight to manage production expenses effectively
• Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and strategic planning capabilities
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in production or operations management roles, with a track record of driving efficiency and improvements
• Familiarity with industry-specific compliance, safety, and quality standards
