Job Description


We are looking for a Head of Procurement to join RAIA GRID as Indosat's new subsidiary to build future of Indonesia's digital economy. Through our open-access fiber infrastructure platform, we are enabling digital transformation, accelerating AI and cloud adoption, and building a stronger digital foundation for generations to come.

This is a key leadership role for a strategic procurement professional who can develop procurement strategies, strengthen governance, optimize costs, manage supplier performance, and partner across functions to support our next phase of growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic sourcing and procurement for telecom/fiber network infrastructure.
  • Develop procurement strategies and category plans.
  • Negotiate commercial contracts with key suppliers.
  • Drive procurement savings and supplier performance.
  • Ensure governance, compliance, and procurement of excellence.
  • Oversee inventory and supply chain planning.

Requirements

  • 1+ years in Procurement with 8+ years in leadership.
  • Experience in Telecom, ISP, Fiber Optic or Network Infrastructure.
  • Strong negotiation, category management and vendor management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's is a plus.
