Head of Post Sales Services (Great Eastern Life Indonesia)

Job Description:

• Supervise all team Post Sales Services in doing their role and responsibility.
• Monitor and quality control Financial and Non-Financial transaction in Post Sales Services.
• Monitor register, capacity and Process in Post Sales Services.
• Provide Daily and Monthly transaction report.
• Provide ad hoc data/information related to business unit activity as per requested by other dept or external audit.
• Become the PIC for QC Switching transaction before the template and list uploaded to system.
• Approve payment transaction follows DOA.
• Assess Performance Team in doing their daily routines.
• Assess existing process aligned to Guidelines and Standard Operation Procedure.
• Propose revamp Standard Operation Procedure after assessment (self-review) business unit.
• Implementation of OJK regulation related to Post Sales Services process.
• Provide material presentation related to Post Sales Services area.

Requirements:

• More than 5 years experience as Head Post Sales Services in insurance industry.
• Excellent in communication and persuasion skills
• Experience leading Post Sales Services team.
• Strong analytical skill
• Strong excel skill
• Strong power point skill
• Fluent in English oral and written
• Independent and a good leadership
• Strong understanding of insurance terms and conditions process.
