Manage Daily Policy Owner Services (POS) Operations : Lead the POS team in daily tasks to ensure systems run smoothly, resolve technical issues quickly, and maintain high system uptime.
Drive New Projects & Product Launches: Act as the team lead for all new product developments, company initiatives, and system rollouts, ensuring the POS team delivers projects on time.
Oversee Medical Provider Utilization Reviews: Review and analyze medical provider usage and data
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (such as Public Health, Nursing, Pharmacy, Healthcare Management, Hospital Administration, Insurance Science, or business-related majors).
Have 6+ years of solid experience handling POS (policy owner services) operations in the Life & Health Insurance industry.
Have certification of AAAK (Ahli Asuransi Kesehatan)
Good communication skills in English (both written and spoken)
