What You'll Do
As a Platform Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the stability, performance, and reliability of our trading infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain trading platforms, including MetaTrader 4 (MT4), MetaTrader 5 (MT5), oneZero, and Mahi.
- Administer platform configurations such as symbols, groups, leverage, margin, swaps, trading sessions, plugins, and market data feeds.
- Optimize and manage the oneZero bridge to ensure accurate order routing, execution quality, and liquidity delivery.
- Monitor platform health, latency, connectivity, and overall performance, implementing proactive alerts and automation where needed.
- Lead incident management processes, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, root cause analysis, and post-incident reviews.
- Maintain disaster recovery, backup, failover, and business continuity plans for all trading systems.
- Oversee platform changes, upgrades, and new product or symbol rollouts while ensuring proper change management procedures.
- Develop and maintain operational documentation, SOPs, and runbooks.
- Manage relationships with technology vendors, liquidity providers, and platform partners.
- Collaborate closely with Dealing, Risk, Compliance, and IT teams to support trading operations and business initiatives.
- Lead and develop the Platform Operations team, driving operational excellence and continuous improvement.
What will you need:
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience administering MetaTrader (MT4/MT5) platforms.
- Strong experience managing and troubleshooting trading bridges, liquidity connectivity, and order execution flows.
- Solid understanding of FX/CFD trading infrastructure, including:
- STP execution
- A-Book / B-Book models
- Liquidity aggregation
- Proven experience in monitoring, diagnosing, and resolving platform issues in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience leading incident management and root cause analysis processes.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Professional working proficiency in English.
- Based in Jakarta or willing to relocate.
- Available to work in a hybrid arrangement (minimum 3 days per week in the office).
