Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead and define overall digital marketing strategies (affiliate, ads, social media specialist, e-commerce enabler management)
  • Translate client business goals into clear marketing plans and direction
  • Review, guide, and optimize team execution across all channels
  • Monitor performance, analyze results, and give strategic recommendations
  • Act as the main strategic contact for clients
  • Lead and manage 2+ team members, ensuring alignment and performance
  • Ensure campaigns meet KPIs and growth targets
  • Provide insights and improvements based on data and market trends

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field
  • 13 years of experience in digital marketing/digital strategy
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing overall (ads, content, marketplace)
  • Able to analyze performance data and make strategic decisions
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Able to manage multiple clients or projects
