Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the People Strategy: Build and drive Tentang Anak's long-term HR roadmap in alignment with business strategy, focusing on talent density, organizational design, employee experience, and scalability.
  • Champion High Performance & Culture: Instill a culture of ownership, agility, and continuous improvement. Develop programs to build performance accountability and foster values-based leadership at every level.
  • Scale Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding: Oversee talent acquisition strategy to attract top-tier talent across functions. Position Tentang Anak as an employer's top choice for work.
  • Design Development for Growth: Lead end-to-end learning and development efforts to upskill the team, build future leaders through succession planning program, and create clear career paths.
  • Build Meaningful Engagement: Develop and execute initiatives that boost employee engagement, well-being, and retention. Actively listen to the voice of the employee and ensure actions follow insights.
  • Drive Operational Excellence: Manage efficient HR operations across compliance and internal HR systems, while ensuring process integrity and scalability.
  • Be a Trusted Partner: Serve as a key advisor to the leadership team on talent, change management, and organizational health. Navigate challenges with empathy, clarity, and action.

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven 15+ years of experience as a senior HR leader, preferably consumer goods or retail company
  • Solid background in organization design, employer branding, recruiting, and HR business partnering. The ideal candidate should be skilled in managing compensation and benefits, fostering company culture, boosting employee engagement, and leading learning and development initiatives.
  • Experience working in a company with IDR 100 Billion/ month sales revenue
  • Strong background in creating high-performance cultures and improving employee engagement.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire at all levels of the organization.
  • Data-driven mindset,use people data to proactively identify trends, optimize decision-making, and elevate organizational effectiveness and team performance
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
