What You'll Own
- People Operations & Systems — Payroll, benefits, compliance, HRIS, data
- TA Operations — Job requisitions, candidate workflows, offers, onboarding, ATS
- Compliance & Risk — Navigate employment law, tax, ESOP governance across regions
- Process & Measurement — Tight-but-human processes, track metrics that matter
- Vendors & Tools — Own HRIS, benefits platform, payroll provider

You'll Need
- 8+ years in People Ops or HR Operations
- Built or scaled operations (especially multi-country)
- Strong HRIS platform knowledge
- Experience with payroll, benefits, compliance across multiple jurisdictions
- Comfortable with data, spreadsheets, SQL (valuable but not required)
- Detail-oriented but pragmatic
- Comfort with ambiguity
