Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Align people strategy directly with business growth, unit economics, and P&L goals. Translate commercial objectives into actionable workforce planning.

2. Personally drive critical hiring initiatives and lead a lean, fast talent acquisition team that attracts and vets high quality candidates.

3. Design and implement Learning & Development programs, leadership development initiatives, and career development frameworks.

4. Build and enforce a rigorous, metrics-driven performance management system (OKRs) that rewards high performers and addresses underperformance swiftly.

5. Drive organizational development initiatives including organization design, competency framework, workforce planning, and change management.

6. Foster a high-performance culture through employee engagement, recognition programs, and company values.

7. Partner closely with and challenge business leaders to strengthen leadership capability and organizational effectiveness.

8. Oversee HR Operations including policies, compensation & benefits, employee relations, compliance, payroll governance, and HRIS.

9. Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor regulations and HR best practices.

10. Leverage people analytics and HR metrics to support strategic decision-making and continuous improvement.

11. Act as a Player-Coach leading and mentoring the People team while actively executing daily HR duties, policy creation, and employee relations yourself

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Human Resources, or a related commercial field. (Business acumen prioritized over traditional psychology backgrounds).

2. 8+ of professional work experience with 2+ years of HR leadership role.

4. Strong experience in Talent Acquisition, Organization Development, Learning & Development, and Culture Building.

5. Proven experience designing leadership development, performance management, and talent management programs.

6. Hands-on understanding of HR Operations, compensation & benefits, payroll governance, and Indonesian labor regulations.

7. Experience partnering with senior leadership and influencing organizational decisions.

8. Strong analytical thinking with experience using HR metrics and people analytics.

9. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, coaching, and leadership skills.

10. Experience in a high growth startup, technology, logistics, or fast-paced environment is highly preferred.
