What will you do:

  1. Maintaining the regular update of the company's organizational chart/structures, and keeping the organizational structure in line with the company's business growth.
  2. Create and develop Job Roles and Job Descriptions, and also ensure that all jobs in all roles for every position are clearly described.
  3. Manage performance appraisal systems and maintain employee competency development within organizations.
  4. Conduct organizational reviews by making and developing Organizational Structures, Reporting Structures, Work Load Analysis, Manpower Planning, Job Analysis, Job Grading, and Job Evaluations.
  5. Conduct end-to-end Performance Appraisal process; consist of making Individual Job Guidelines, preparing Performance Appraisal implementation and recapitulation, and also proposing reports related to Performance Appraisal executions.
  6. Planning, lead,ing and Coordinating training plan to implement talent pool and individual development program (IDP), in order to fill in competencies gap and succession management and making sure the alignment of employee performance with the development program (training, coaching, etc.)
  7. Support design learning/training programs (modules, training delivery, pitching relevant vendors) for all divisions in order to develop soft skills, and hard skills for all employees.
  8. Produce periodic organization development-related activities and progress reports
  9. Develop and implement values socialization, cascade, and internalization programs
  10. Facilitate cross-functional teams to roll out the company-wide change programs
  11. Design and implement the company performance management system
  12. Facilitate finalization of the annual Goal KPI and work plan cascade to support business strategies as well as the company vision
  13. Work with related HC and business functions to design and rollout organizational effectiveness and the effective people management guides and training for line management
  14. Keep updated with the latest organizational development and change management methodologies and their application in the market
  15. Produce periodic organization development-related activities and progress reports

What you will need:

  • Minimum 5 years of work experience in Talent Acquisition, Organization Development, or HRIS functions.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Experience working in Technology Start-up or Consulting companies will be highly preferred.
  • Prior experience as an HR professional in a Fintech company is an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of Talent Acquisition strategies, HRIS systems, organizational development, and manpower planning.
  • Hands-on experience in recruitment processes, HR analytics, organizational structure management, and employee data management systems.
  • Familiar with Performance Management, KPI cascading, competency mapping, and succession planning processes.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills across all organizational levels.
  • Proactive, adaptive, and creative in solving problems within fast-paced environments.
  • Have an extensive network within HR communities, recruitment networks, and talent market ecosystems.
  • Good computer literacy, especially in HRIS platforms, Microsoft Office, and recruitment tools.
  • Good English communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Positive attitude, professional work ethics, high initiative, and strong sense of ownership.
