We are currently representing a fast-growing technology company that is looking for a Head of Partnership to drive and scale its strategic partnership initiatives across Indonesia.
This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in partnerships, business development, or growth within fintech, SaaS, or digital ecosystem businesses, and who enjoys building high-impact collaborations that directly contribute to business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute end-to-end partnership strategies, from identifying high-potential partners to closing strategic deals.
- Build long-term growth channels through partnerships with ecosystem players, platforms, distributors, enterprises, and strategic stakeholders.
- Drive high-quality inbound lead generation through scalable partnership programs.
- Develop commercial models such as revenue sharing, co-selling, co-marketing, bundled offerings, and strategic pilot initiatives.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, and Product to ensure effective execution and measurable business impact.
- Own overall partner performance, pipeline contribution, and partnership ROI.
Ideal Background:
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in Partnerships, Business Development, or Growth-focused roles.
- Proven track record in building partnerships that generate measurable business outcomes and qualified leads.
- Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic, and relatively unstructured environments.
- Experience within fintech, SaaS, or digital platform ecosystems would be highly preferred.
- Prior exposure working closely with founders or leadership teams will be considered a strong advantage.
