Plan, propose, manage and monitor budget and expenses Report variances on implementation.
Manage specific brand marketing strategy Coordinate and execute new product launch & re launch, including ATL (Above-the-Line) & BTL (Below-the-Line) promotion strategy.
Plan, manage, and monitor product marketing communication strategies and programs (e.g. packaging, advertising, etc.)
Set up yearly and monthly sales target Manage and monitor sales force.
Manage and monitor distributor performance based on assigned products.
Manage collection of consumer research data Review and analyze consumer research data for inputs to develop new products or re-launch existing products.
Education background minimum Bachelor's Degree in any field.
Minimum 8 year(s) of working experience as OTC Brand/ OTX Brand /Product Manager in FMCG/pharmaceutical industries with same position.
Having experience to handle big brand/product portfolio with 360 marketing strategy.
Having experience to lead collaborations with creative, digital and media buyers agencies.
Having excellent communication, good interpersonal and presentation skill.
Fluent in English both written and spoken.
Willing to travel extensively to all our branches throughout Indonesia.
