Head of Operations

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee overall estate operations, infrastructure, and utilities.
• Ensure the smooth operation of roads, drainage, parking areas, and common facilities.
• Manage preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
• Build strong relationships with tenants and resolve operational issues.
• Supervise tenant fit-out, renovation, and construction activities.
• Manage traffic and logistics flow within the estate.
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards and company policies.
• Lead vendors, contractors, and service providers to deliver high-quality services.
• Control operational budgets and drive cost efficiency.
• Identify risks and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Property Management, or related fields.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in industrial estate, warehouse/logistics estate, property, or facility management.
• Strong knowledge of estate operations, infrastructure, utilities, maintenance, HSE, budgeting, and vendor management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Strategic mindset with a focus on operational excellence.
