Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Semarang for an Online Specialist. The Online Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing online platforms, conducting research, creating and reviewing written content, and analyzing digital performance metrics. Additionally, the specialist will provide training and share best practices to improve online operations.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Analytical Skills to interpret and act on data-driven insights.
• Proficiency in Research and Writing, with attention to detail.
• Experience in Training or guiding others on digital tools and practices.
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage tasks efficiently.
• Familiarity with online tools and platforms is a plus.
• Relevant academic background or professional experience in a related field is advantageous.
