About the Company
Adecco is partnering with a leading healthcare group in Indonesia that is committed to continuously elevating patient care standards and healthcare service excellence across its hospital network. As part of its ongoing growth and quality transformation journey, the organization is seeking an experienced Head of Nursing (Corporate) to lead the strategic direction of nursing services across the group. This role will play a critical part in strengthening nursing excellence, enhancing patient experience, developing nursing competencies, and driving service quality initiatives to support the organization's vision of becoming a leading premium healthcare provider.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of nursing strategies, policies, and standards across the hospital network.
- Drive nursing service excellence initiatives to improve patient satisfaction, clinical outcomes, and overall care quality.
- Develop and enhance nursing competency frameworks, career pathways, training programs, and leadership development initiatives.
- Establish and monitor nursing quality indicators, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with industry best practices.
- Collaborate with hospital leadership teams to standardize nursing practices and improve operational effectiveness.
- Lead nursing transformation and change management initiatives across multiple facilities.
- Support hospital accreditation, regulatory compliance, and quality assurance programs.
- Analyze nursing performance metrics and identify opportunities to improve productivity, workforce effectiveness, and patient care outcomes.
- Build a strong nursing culture focused on professionalism, accountability, patient-centered care, and continuous learning.
- Partner closely with clinical leaders, hospital management teams, and corporate stakeholders to achieve strategic healthcare objectives.
- Drive innovation in nursing practices, patient engagement, and service delivery models.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing; Master's Degree in Healthcare Management, Nursing, or a related field is highly preferred.
- Registered Nurse with a strong clinical and leadership background.
- Minimum 10 years of nursing leadership experience within reputable hospitals or healthcare organizations.
- Proven experience developing nursing service programs, competency frameworks, education initiatives, and quality improvement projects.
- Strong exposure to patient experience, service excellence, accreditation, and clinical governance programs.
- Experience working within established private hospital groups, international hospitals, or JCI-accredited healthcare institutions is highly preferred.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across different levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale transformation initiatives and drive organizational change.
- Strong analytical, communication, leadership, and people development capabilities.
- Open to candidates currently holding corporate nursing leadership positions or senior hospital-based nursing leaders seeking a broader strategic role.
