We are partnering with a rapidly growing digital infrastructure and connectivity company focused on expanding its fiber (FTTH) and wireless (FWA) network footprint across Indonesia.
The company is seeking a Head of Network Planning to lead strategic planning and design of its network expansionensuring optimal deployment decisions, capacity readiness, and long-term scalability across diverse geographies.
This role plays a critical function in ensuring that network investments are data-driven, demand-aligned, and commercially viable, balancing speed of expansion with efficiency of capital deployment.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive network planning strategies across FTTH and FWA deployments
- Evaluate and determine optimal deployment models (fiber, wireless, or hybrid) based on geographic, demographic, and commercial considerations
- Lead capacity planning and forecasting, including traffic growth, bandwidth demand, and infrastructure requirements
- Ensure alignment between planning assumptions and actual rollout feasibility, working closely with rollout and operations teams
- Collaborate with commercial teams to ensure network expansion aligns with demand generation and revenue potential
- Continuously refine planning frameworks based on execution feedback and market dynamics
Requirements- 710 years of experience in network planning (fiber and/or wireless), with at least 35 years in a leadership role
- Strong understanding of FTTH, FWA, backbone, and access network architecture
- Proven experience in capacity planning, network expansion strategy, and deployment optimization
- Ability to balance technical planning with commercial and investment considerations
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
