We are partnering with a rapidly growing digital infrastructure and connectivity company focused on scaling its fiber (FTTH) network across Indonesia.
The company is seeking a Head of Network Operations to lead end-to-end operational performance of its fiber networkensuring high availability, service reliability, and consistent customer experience across all service areas.
This role is critical in maintaining network stability at scale, minimizing downtime, and ensuring that infrastructure investments translate into reliable, high-quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily operations of fiber optic networks, including backbone and last-mile connectivity
- Ensure high levels of network availability, stability, and performance across all coverage areas
- Lead identification and resolution of network issues, including signal degradation, latency, and service downtime
- Establish and enforce service assurance and quality standards, including incident management and escalation protocols
- Oversee maintenance planning and execution to ensure long-term network reliability
- Collaborate closely with planning and rollout teams to ensure seamless transition from deployment to stable operations
Requirements- 710 years of experience in telecom/network operations, with at least 35 years in a leadership role
- Strong understanding of fiber optic networks, FTTH, backbone, and last-mile infrastructure
- Proven track record in managing network performance, quality assurance, and large-scale troubleshooting
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to operate effectively under pressure and manage critical incidents in real time
