We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Head of Merchant to lead and scale our merchant ecosystem. This role will own the end-to-end merchant strategy, from acquisition to partnership growth and operational excellence, with a strong focus on driving revenue and long-term value.
Requirements :
- Minimum 3+ years of experience managing teams, with a background in Merchant Management
- Has experience in IT Company background
- Strong strategic and analytical thinking, with the ability to identify growth and revenue opportunities
- Excellent relationship management and interpersonal skills to engage merchants and internal stakeholders
- Tech-savvy and data-driven, comfortable working in a cross-functional environment
- Strong ownership mindset with an entrepreneurial spirit
