The Head of Marketing is responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, attract visitors, and drive revenue growth for the theme park. This role involves overseeing all marketing activities, managing the marketing team, and working closely with other departments to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote the theme park and its various attractions.
- Identify target markets and develop tailored marketing campaigns to attract diverse visitor segments.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels and materials.
- Develop and maintain a strong brand presence both online and offline.
- Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and online advertising.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Communication or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Marketing
- Creativity and innovation in marketing approaches.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
- Willing to be placed in Gianyar, Bali.
