Develop marketing strategies to support commercial programs and initiatives both for bancassurance and non-bancassurance
Provide customer and market insight to sharpen marketing strategy for boosting sales performance and business sustainable growth
Develop strategy for internal and external communication including campaign, content, branding and product marketing activities
Cross functional collaboration with sales team, product team and alternate distribution channels to ensure marketing strategies support business objectives.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or master's Degree, in marketing, management, business administration or related fields.
Minimum 10 years professional experiences in marketing, product management, strategic partnership, internal external communication, branding activities in insurance industry.
Understanding of life insurance industry and other financial industries (banks and aggregators)
Experienced in Life Insurance is preferred.
Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
Good analytical skills and creative approach to problem solving and provide options and solutions.
