Lead the Content & Creative team while ensuring brand and messaging consistency.

Skills & Capabilities
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (Master's degree is a plus)
7–12+ years of experience in marketing, with proven track record in leading marketing strategy at a managerial/head level
Strong experience in B2B marketing, with ability to align marketing initiatives with revenue growth and business objectives
Proven ability to develop and execute end-to-end marketing strategies (upstream - downstream) in industries such as aquaculture, agriculture, FMCG, or supply chain–based businesses
Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional teams and collaborating closely with Sales/Commercial to drive measurable outcomes
Strong capability in marketing activation (online & offline), digital & social media strategy, and integrated campaigns
Deep understanding of customer journey, sales funnel, and conversion strategy, with a data-driven and ROI-focused approach
Experienced in managing marketing budget, performance metrics, and dashboarding for decision making
Exposure to CRM, marketing automation tools, and analytics platforms
Preferably from large-scale or established companies (non-startup) with experience handling complex markets
Strong leadership, strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills
