Job Description

Position Summary

Grand Delight is seeking a visionary and hands-onHead of Marketing & PRto build and lead a new in-house marketing department from the ground up. This role will also manage collaboration with external marketing agencies to define and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with our investment goals, company profile, and brand identity.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong creative eye, capable of translating business objectives into compelling marketing campaigns and brand narratives. You will be responsible for shaping the public image of the company, its portfolio of luxury villas, and the personal brand of the owner to attract investors, partners, and high-end clientele.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and implement a full-funnel marketing strategy aligned with business goals, investment positioning, and expansion plans.
  • Build and lead the internal marketing team, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
  • Select and manage external marketing and branding agencies to support content creation, digital campaigns, and PR initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the Director and Owner to align marketing efforts with investor relations and company vision.

2. Brand Development & Company Profile

  • Lead the creation of a new, cohesive company profile that reflects Grand Delights luxury positioning and investment potential.
  • Ensure all marketing materials, digital assets, and communications reflect a consistent and premium brand identity.
  • Oversee the development of investor-facing materials, pitch decks, and presentations.

3. Content & Campaign Management

  • Oversee the creation of all content including social media, blogs, newsletters, video, and print materials.
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across paid and organic channels (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Develop and manage the content calendar for both the company and the owners personal brand.

4. Public Relations & Media

  • Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and key stakeholders in the real estate and tourism sectors.
  • Manage press releases, media kits, and PR campaigns to increase visibility and credibility.
  • Organize and promote events, villa launches, and investor gatherings.

5. Digital & Social Media Strategy

  • Define and execute a social media strategy for both the company and the owners personal brand.
  • Ensure alignment between the companys digital presence and the owners online persona to build investor confidence.
  • Monitor analytics and optimize performance across platforms.

6. Marketing Operations & Budgeting

  • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and ROI tracking.
  • Oversee marketing tools, CRM systems, and performance dashboards.
  • Report regularly on KPIs, campaign performance, and strategic outcomes.

Requirements

Education & Experience

  • Bachelors or masters degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in marketing leadership roles, preferably in real estate, hospitality, or investment sectors.
  • Proven experience in building and scaling marketing teams and departments.
  • Experience working with or managing external agencies.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
  • Deep understanding of branding, digital marketing, and investor communications.
  • Creative mindset with a strong eye for design and storytelling.
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Canva, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Preferred Qualities

  • Experience in luxury branding or high-end real estate marketing.
  • Understanding of the Bali property market and international investor expectations.
  • Ability to represent the company in high-level meetings and public forums.
  • Passion for hospitality, design, and lifestyle branding.
