The Market & Customer Intelligence Head is responsible for providing in-depth market, customer, and business performance analysis to support strategic decision-making at the top management level. This position plays a critical role in identifying growth opportunities, market trends and improving the effectiveness of the company's distribution and sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct market, industry, and competitor analysis within the distribution sector
Analyze sales, customer, and distribution channel data to generate actionable insights
Develop customer insights, including segmentation, behavior analysis, needs, and loyalty
Prepare analytical reports, dashboards, and presentations for the Managing Director
Provide data-driven strategic recommendations to enhance sales performance and profitability
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to support business planning
Identify market expansion opportunities (products, territories, and distribution channels)
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity for decision-making purposes Qualifications
Job Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Business, Management, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
Minimum 35 years of experience in Market Intelligence, Business Intelligence, or Data Analytics (Experience in a distribution company is a strong advantage)
Strong analytical, strategic, and system thinking capabilities
Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools
Solid understanding of market research, customer insights, and business performance analysis
Excellent reporting and presentation skills for senior management
Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
Detail-oriented, proactive, and results-driven Required Skills
