Job Description
- Oversee end-to-end manufacturing operations across multiple production areas
- Lead production planning execution to ensure output, quality, and delivery targets are met
- Monitor and optimize manpower allocation, overtime usage, and production efficiency
- Drive operational KPIs including OEE, OTIF, scrap reduction, inventory control, and productivity improvement
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives focused on waste reduction, process optimization, and operational savings
- Collaborate with supply chain, engineering, maintenance, automation, and tooling teams to improve plant performance
- Ensure production processes comply with quality, safety, environmental, and operational standards
- Lead manufacturing teams including managers, section heads, supervisors, and technical personnel
- Support equipment modernization and process enhancement initiatives to improve efficiency and reliability
- Analyze manufacturing performance data and prepare reports with actionable improvement recommendations
- Partner closely with plant leadership to execute business objectives and operational strategies
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline
- Minimum 10 years of experience in manufacturing operations, including leadership experience at managerial level
- Strong understanding of production management, operational planning, and process optimization
- Proven experience in continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, and operational excellence initiatives
- Strong leadership capability with experience managing large production and technical teams
- Demonstrated ability to solve operational and equipment-related challenges effectively
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
