Head of Maintenance

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance HOD with the following qualifications:

✅ Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
✅ 5 years minimum of relevant maintenance leadership experience
✅ Strong expertise in TPM implementation (Autonomous & Preventive Maintenance)
✅ Proficient in CMMS systems and maintenance management tools
✅ Hands-on experience with maintenance of:

Hydraulic Hot Press Machines
CNC Turning Machines
EDM / Wire Cut Machines
Building Utilities & Facilities

✅ Knowledge of Energy Management and CO₂ Footprint Reduction Programs
✅ Electrical Safety Certification (Sertifikasi K3 Listrik) is an added advantage
