Job Description
1Lead and develop the strategy for managing a diverse portfolio of long tail sellers, focusing on increasing their engagement, performance, and overall contribution to the platform.
2Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including long tail sellers, to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions for growth and success.
3Design and implement programs to enhance seller onboarding, education, and support, ensuring a seamless experience for small and medium-sized businesses.
4Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges within the long tail seller segment, and develop actionable insights to drive improvements and innovation.
5Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as product, marketing, and operations, to align initiatives and resources that benefit the long tail seller community.
6Monitor performance metrics and KPIs to assess the effectiveness of seller management strategies, and adjust as needed to achieve business objectives.
Job Requirements
1Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
2Minimum of 10 years of experience in e-commerce, with a focus on seller management or a similar role, preferably in a senior leadership position.
3Proven track record in developing and executing successful strategies for engaging and growing long tail sellers.
4Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate at all levels of the organization.
5Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
6Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a global mindset and cultural sensitivity.
7Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
