Act as main legal advisor, provide legal service regarding a legal topic such as labor law, partnerships, international ventures, corporate finance, etc.)
Specify internal governance policies and regularly monitor compliance.
Liaise with relevant government offices and other competent authorities if necessary.
Apply effective risk management techniques and offer proactive advice on possible legal issues
Communicate and negotiate with external parties (regulators, external counsel, public authority, etc.), creating relations of trust.
Draft and solidify agreements, contracts, and other legal documents to ensure the company's full legal rights.
Key Requirements:
Must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Law.
Experience at least 5 years as a Legal Manager, especially in Hospitality Industry.
Has a good understanding of company law, contract law, international trade law, litigations, criminal law, and related law.
Excellent drafting, and negotiation skills.
Fluent communication in English both spoken and written is a must.
Good interpersonal skills.
Flexible, able to adapt to a dynamic environment, good leadership, and teamwork.
