About the Role
Responsible for end-to-end quality ownership across IT delivery, enterprise test automation transformation (AI-enabled), governance + execution balance, business trust to ensure stable, high-quality system releases.
1. Enterprise QA Strategy & Governance
- Define and govern end-to-end testing strategy, standards, and quality gates
- Establish enterprise regression, test frameworks, and quality metrics
- Align with Group standards, regulatory requirements, and SDLC governance
- Drive AI-enabled testing strategy and reporting
2. Automation & Quality Engineering
- Lead adoption of enterprise automation stack (UI, API, mobile, performance)
- Build scalable automation assets, reusable components, and regression packs
- Enable CI/CD-integrated testing, TDM, and service virtualization
- Ensure stable, reliable, non-flaky automated testing
3. Delivery & Quality Operations
- Run centralized QA/testing factory across projects and releases
- Manage test planning, execution, SIT/UAT coordination, and release certification
- Implement quality gates and pipeline controls
- Drive defect management, RCA, and defect leakage prevention
4. People, Vendor & Capability Leadership
- Build and lead a high-performing QE/QA organization
- Manage vendors, SLAs, and outsourced testing services
- Upskill teams in automation, CI/CD, and quality engineering practices
- Define clear roles, responsibilities, and operating model
5. Risk, Compliance & Resilience
- Ensure regulatory compliance, audit readiness, and traceability
- Integrate security testing (SAST/DAST) and resilience validation
- Support disaster recovery testing and system reliability
6. Business Partnership & Quality Culture
- Build strong trust with business stakeholders and ensure confidence in system stability
- Strengthen UAT ownership and testing culture across business
- Provide quality assurance for critical systems and releases
- Act as primary QA representative for audits and executive forums
7. Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement
- Standardize testing processes, environments, and tools across the organization
- Optimize testing costs and resource allocation
- Continuously improve quality practices, automation coverage, and delivery efficiency
