Job Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
At least 10 years of experience in the IT areas, including a minimum of 5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
Proven experience in managing various IT functions such as software development, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and IT operations.
Strong knowledge of system architecture, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise-level security practices.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of leading teams to overcome complex challenges and successfully deliver projects.
Up-to-date understanding of industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies in the IT field.
Candidates with OJK auditing experience will be given priority.
Proficiency in English, both spoken and written; Mandarin language skills are considered an advantage.
