Aufgabengebiet
- Lead the IT Operations and Infrastructure function, covering data centers, networks, cloud, and end-user computing
- Develop and execute infrastructure strategies aligned with business and digital transformation goals
- Ensure high availability, resilience, and performance of critical banking systems and platforms
- Oversee IT service management (ITSM), incident response, and disaster recovery planning
- Strengthen cybersecurity posture in collaboration with internal risk and security teams
- Manage vendor relationships, outsourcing partners, and infrastructure budgets
- Drive automation, modernization, and cloud adoption initiatives
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing technology operations team
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal governance policies
Anforderungsprofil
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- 15+ years of experience in IT infrastructure/operations, with leadership exposure
- Proven track record in banking or highly regulated industries
- Strong knowledge of data center operations, cloud platforms, and network architecture
- Experience managing large-scale, mission-critical environments
- Deep understanding of IT governance, risk, compliance, and cybersecurity practices
- Demonstrated leadership, stakeholder management, and decision-making capabilities
- Ability to drive transformation and lead change in complex organizations
