What You'll Do
- Lead the strategy, governance, and day-to-day management of core IT systems, enterprise platforms, and data technology to ensure stability, scalability, and business continuity.
- Drive the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of robust infrastructure and data environments, with a focus on performance, reliability, security, and operational efficiency.
- Oversee cloud and platform modernization initiatives, including Azure-based solutions, to support business growth, system resilience, and future-ready architecture.
- Establish strong data management practices across the organization, including data quality, availability, integration, lifecycle management, and platform governance.
- Partner closely with product, operations, risk, security, and senior business stakeholders to align technology roadmaps with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
- Build, mentor, and lead high-performing technology teams, fostering accountability, collaboration, and a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards, internal controls, and relevant regulatory requirements, while proactively identifying and mitigating technology and data-related risks.
What You Bring
- 8-10+ years of progressive experience in IT leadership, with proven success managing core systems, enterprise applications, and data technology in a complex organization.
- Demonstrated experience leading critical technology functions within financial services, fintech, or other highly regulated, high-availability environments.
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, IT infrastructure, system integration, data platforms, and operational support models.
- Hands-on knowledge of cloud solutions, particularly Microsoft Azure, and the ability to guide modernization and scalability initiatives across enterprise environments.
- Deep familiarity with cybersecurity best practices, risk management, compliance requirements, and secure data handling within business-critical systems.
- Strategic mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to translate business needs into practical technology solutions and long-term roadmaps.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the leadership presence to influence cross-functional teams and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
